评分16年kindle读的英文版,cousrea上有名的《learn how to learn》课程集结后成的书。内容非常好,浅显易懂,有很多认知科学的知识,如果能应用得法,高效学习不是问题..涉及大脑的思维模式、拖延症、习惯养成和记忆等等,建议读英文版
评分很不错的关于学习的一本书,其实内容或多或少已经出现在诸如|《思考快与慢》等畅销书中,但是有些概念和思路其实就是需要反复被强调,权当自我监督。
评分儘管很多道理之前都明白,但系統地這麼串起來,腦洞還真是嚴重大開了一回。最大的得著之一,就是關於「培養有益的習慣」這一條。真的很受益,尤其是認真反思並付諸實施以後。總之很棒!
评分在courser上学了learning how to learn这门课,课程内容大致就是课程的重点吧。
