拉康把弗洛伊德索绪尔化了，德瓜把弗洛伊德马克思化了。根据这个逻辑，精神分析是将社会视作家庭的隐喻，而俄狄浦斯的“爹地-妈咪-宝宝”结构是一种“反欲望”，它阻碍的社会的欲望-生产。德瓜从马克思主义反过来认为社会是机器，而不是隐喻，因此家庭是社会-生产的运用，以此强调欲望的生产性，而不是精神分析所说的获得性（匮乏）。social application > familial implication 精分分析就是讨论欲望生产与压抑的问题。机器大于结构；生产即过程。
