#相當程度上更推薦讀Knox譯，Haulgate修正的文本。

讀完至第270節。Hegel哲學的前提我是一點都不感冒，但是不得不說他在區分form-content，subject-object上的做法令人耳目一新。第一個將social norm和人造物的imperfection考慮進去的哲學傢。隱隱約約可以在海德格爾上看見一些Hegel的痕跡。在state和civil society的立場上，我更支持馬剋思的分析，但直覺上偏好公領域和私領域的分離，即使代價是馬剋思所言的egoism…也許我不該放棄思考。

PHIL043 Preface&Philosophical history of the world 這次選的章節不是很滿意

黑格爾有關國傢和（積極）自由的討論，其實不難從其邏輯學中推測齣來。所以讀到這些內容時並無太大震撼。真正讓我感到嘆為觀止的是他對羅馬法和民法的精深理解。莫說是哲學傢，就算科班齣身的法理學傢也難以望其項背。
