有聲書和紙書都買瞭，大概聽完一遍，不夠，還是需要繼續看書， 10個層次類似變化的10牛圖所描述的，書中用的是大象猴子和僧侶個代錶不同的心和其他“archetypes?”. 不足的地方？他說地那一塊應該很全麵瞭，沒說的，不是不知道，而是沒必要說，不過就整個係統的框架，缺的是布施和戒，還有慈心，等這些，書裏應該沒提到，但是書裏說瞭到瞭一定地步就需要找老師，如果有個善知識，欠缺的帶來瓶頸也可以及時解決。
