對“cue -> routine -> reward”的習慣形成模式分析得清晰透徹、引人入勝。是對我的生活帶來很多啓發的一本書——比如，看完第一章我就把臥室裏的零食移到瞭廚房【微笑】

跟大多數暢銷書一樣，基本上讀瞭緒論，便已經讀完瞭。

這類書的通病是喜歡講故事繞半天，其實結論很簡單。人的確是習慣的動物（最近從各方麵對人的自由意誌産生瞭懷疑），運行機製是「Cue/提示→Routine/慣性行為→Reward/奬勵」。無論是建立還是戒掉一個習慣，都需要理解它的「Cue/提示」和「Reward/奬勵」，纔能針對性地解決。更有一種關鍵性的、可以牽一發而動全身的「Keystone Habit」，建立的過程需要「Small Win + Structure + Culture」。
