号称《每周工作4小时》的姊妹篇,但完全像一本“天书”。各种科学名词,各种拿自己当小白鼠的实验。完全是越看越晕,我很担心有人按照书里的内容来实践,感觉很容易出事。实在一本很可怕的书,实在是有毁人的潜质…… 130908晚1306

适合刚开始运动的人,我尝试过书中增肌的方法。进行到2个月的时候书里的方法就有局限性了。长期的话还是要用最稳定的方法。不过里面的只是体系是不错。
