恩……蓝瓶子的书。提供给爱好者看的书。从业者看看老板的经历也不错。书后半部分还有一些搭配咖啡的甜品制作方法。

语言很平实啊。导论部分讲了老爷子的咖啡经历，很有趣的人生故事。烘焙部分是我读过的关于烘焙可读性最强的文字，以第二人称的口吻叙述了烘焙师的一天，有趣。其他部分都具有相当的实操性，在各个章节也给出了具有经验的建议，好书。就是有一些错别字。

在LA开始喜欢咖啡好像就从蓝瓶子开始。他家的single origin豆子从来没失望过。Barista的颜值真的很高（dtla有帅t）。而且还支持lgbt center 并退出SCA因为在侵犯lgbt rights的迪拜举行比赛。
