去完藍瓶子以後纔看瞭這本書,感覺錯過瞭一個億,既沒有喝直布羅陀,也沒有買filter,還沒有買single origin的豆子……買杯子算個啥啊!!

評分哇塞!次本書目前無人評價! 這是一本講咖啡創業經曆的書。一個音樂傢是如何從後院的小窩棚烘豆子,從Farmer's Market起傢,到後來講精品的咖啡店從西海岸開到東海岸的。裏麵有價值、文化、原則,對每一個做精品咖啡的人來說,都是很大的激勵
