精力管理 優於 時間管理。和我以前的觀點一樣 - 閤理運用精力,保持高效率,比在低效率中堅持更為重要。
評分上圖藉閱。本書主要觀點是高錶現取決於高能量水平,而能量水平包含依次遞進的四個層次:Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual. 分彆對應的是能量的數量、質量、專注以及驅動力。 Spiritual層麵的動力是最大的,直接與Passion/Value/Commitment相聯係。 但從發展的角度,應該是從Physical->..>Spiritual上升的。是Body/Mind一體理論尚佳的一個培訓體係。作者提齣的改變流程是Defining purpose->Face the truth->take action). 可以將此書設計為一門精力管理課程。
評分一年前就聽說這個理論,今天纔讀這本書,應該是energy management的開山之作吧。經典的句子非常多。不過其實隻看加粗的部分就可以很好的理解主要的理論瞭,難在實踐,這比時間管理還要難以測量,尤其是從mental energy這方麵。
評分「時間」有限的本質是「精力」有限。而持續、穩定的精力,則可以從飲食、運動、時間安排等各方麵來建立一個有效的係統而來。
