關於混沌齣名的科普有那麼幾本。 但是隻有斯圖爾特的這本最好。 其他的基本都是生澀難讀。 真是令人驚訝，斯圖爾特那麼優美的文筆另中國讀者感覺不齣是在讀外文。當然譯者一定也很棒。

十年前在北大圖書館偶然讀到瞭本書的中文譯本, 從此決定瞭自己的研究方嚮. 一本科普著作能起到的最大作用莫過於此. 裏麵有數學, 有簡單生動的解釋, 更有很多意味深長的哲思. 一個學數學或者物理專業的人如果能在大二大三的時候讀到它, 就像我一樣, 那是再好不過的瞭.

關於混沌齣名的科普有那麼幾本。 但是隻有斯圖爾特的這本最好。 其他的基本都是生澀難讀。 真是令人驚訝，斯圖爾特那麼優美的文筆另中國讀者感覺不齣是在讀外文。當然譯者一定也很棒。
