不錯的書。雖然主要是講it部門的而且it方麵的事情我瞭解的不多，但是這種故事的形式總是效果不錯的。雖然我個人沒有親身經曆過大公司遇到的這些問題，但是感覺作者把大公司在it方麵遇到的問題以及少部分political的問題都講透瞭。自己之前瞭解更多的是創業公司的一些運作方法，對於這種正規軍的管理方式確實瞭解不多，一些視角比如說把整個it也看成是一個工廠的思路確實很有意思。另外到瞭最後作者還提到瞭一個非常重要的觀點，即it水平的高低是技術公司未來發展潛力的重要指標。這個看法就比較有意思瞭，確實是一種全新的投資思路。美中不足就是由於篇幅或者是涉及商業秘密的原因，更為細節的內容不能深入講述，所以後1/4部分劇情發展太快，有點虎頭蛇尾的感覺。
