这次我一定要按照课表坚持下去,5月温哥华马拉松可期待

书的前半部分是跟长跑有关的体育科学和指南,后半部分是几套马拉松训练计划,当然这些训练计划中,即使最初级的那套也算很有难度的。这本书里阐述的马拉松训练认真而又细致,通过理论基础支撑,有耐心的刻苦训练,不断探求自己的潜能,充满信心地参加比赛。读完之后非常期待自己未来半年里的训练。

我认为对准备马拉松来说,训练方法上有这本书,精神准备上有村上的<<当我谈跑步时我谈些什么>>,便都不需要再看其他的跑步书了。读过这本书以后,我甚至不再订阅<<runner's world>>了

阿妹和汉僧,以及丹尼尔的计划比起来,对首马更适合一点。介绍了很多关于跑步的基础知识,阿妹55和70都跟过,效果不错。
