評分我認為對準備馬拉鬆來說,訓練方法上有這本書,精神準備上有村上的<<當我談跑步時我談些什麼>>,便都不需要再看其他的跑步書瞭。讀過這本書以後,我甚至不再訂閱<<runner's world>>瞭
評分書的前半部分是跟長跑有關的體育科學和指南,後半部分是幾套馬拉鬆訓練計劃,當然這些訓練計劃中,即使最初級的那套也算很有難度的。這本書裏闡述的馬拉鬆訓練認真而又細緻,通過理論基礎支撐,有耐心的刻苦訓練,不斷探求自己的潛能,充滿信心地參加比賽。讀完之後非常期待自己未來半年裏的訓練。
評分翻瞭目錄和前麵幾章,感覺大部分基礎知識就是運動生理學的而且寫的簡單,看中文書,關於關注的跑姿寫的並不多,麵很全,但各個闆塊都不深入,力量部分和營養部分也都簡單,隻告訴你要跑多少卻沒講怎麼跑,幸虧沒買
