非常喜欢这本书，虽然很多菜步骤很简单，但是看出厨师其实做了很多功课，尽量让读者感受到在烹饪过程中需注意的东西还有那份专注的心情，我个人非常喜欢前面部分酱料的制作！喜欢料理的朋友可以尝试尝试~

照着书里教的做了一个松露巧克力，过程简单，口感也不错，看见成品特别有成就感，过几天打算做个牛排试试，感觉也不是很难，哈哈哈
