非常喜欢这本书，虽然很多菜步骤很简单，但是看出厨师其实做了很多功课，尽量让读者感受到在烹饪过程中需注意的东西还有那份专注的心情，我个人非常喜欢前面部分酱料的制作！喜欢料理的朋友可以尝试尝试~
