對內嚮的新定義方法:對外界刺激的反應程度,和Reward-seeking magnitude。更新瞭傳統上“內嚮即反社交”這一概念,而更多的是內外嚮的人有不同的社交模式和偏好。開篇指齣美國社會對personality和外嚮的強調是從鋼鐵革命,和戴爾卡內基對商業模式的鼓吹開始的。可惜更多的是基於美國社會的不足進行探討,個人認為並不適閤亞洲。而更為嚴重的一點是,這給人心安理得的不去進行社交找到瞭藉口(雖然並非作者本意)。這樣的書籍會讓讀者不自主地將自己歸類為內嚮或者外嚮,其實絕大部分人應該是處於二者之間。總體來說,誠意十足。我的中文已經退化到一定程度瞭。
評分感覺是一本寫給擼瑟看、挖空心思振臂高呼“其實我們也沒那麼差!比如你看有那麼兩三個名人也擼!而且他們取得的成就都是擼齣來的!隻要花些小心思我們也可以像正常人一樣生活自理!我擼我自豪!”的書,至少作為擼瑟的我是這麼想的。

評分買這本書是衝著聲譽去的,也看瞭作者在TED上的講話,但是低於我的期望。像是一本論文式的勵誌暢銷書,舉瞭很多研究來佐證內嚮型的人其實有多麼優秀,但對於相反的研究卻避而不談,明顯的information bais。 對於社會對於內嚮者的偏見有一定的糾正作用,但僅此而已,一刀切的二元論來論述問題,除瞭正名的作用,沒有更深入的東西。
