很喜歡這本書。雖然很薄而且文章在Joel的blog上都能看到。書名就是整本書的一個縮寫，smart&get things done，然後其他的什麼都會自然而然的來的。現在在公司裏的團隊特彆年輕，於是對第七章（fixing suboptimal team）和附錄(Joel test)的感受特彆深。有很多東西都值得藉鑒，比如the identity management method，bug database等等等等。
