更像Research而不是Solution。前半部分都是罗列作者遇见的众多案例，这和她个人经历有关，但作为一本名为How to raise an adult的书来讲，让人不耐烦。毕竟不是论文汇报。后半部分提及了一些原则方法，也并没有什么太多过人之处。结束时比开头似乎快一倍。看前面完全失去动力读下去，忍着快进读完，潦潦草草。回头再借鉴点儿有用的详谈。
